Ways to work with me.
The main way to work with me is ongoing: portfolio, PMO and delivery leadership for part of the week, and the automations around it. A few things also have a fixed price, for when you need one piece of work.
Portfolio, PMO and delivery leadership
Portfolio management. One exec view of status, dependencies and decisions.
PMO and DPMO leadership. Standards, cadence and coaching for project leads.
M&A integration. Part of the digital PMO I run now.
AI and automation. Automating reporting, PMO admin and other manual work.
Governance. SteerCo packs, risks with named owners and clear exec reporting.
Delivery leadership. Hands-on from plan to go-live, vendors included.

Questions
What does fractional mean, in practice?
You get a senior portfolio, PMO or delivery lead for part of the week without hiring one full time. It is usually somewhere between a few hours and two days a week, pointed at the work that needs it most.
What kind of automation do you build?
Mostly the repetitive work around delivery and operations: status reporting, moving data between systems, invoices, enquiry follow-up, quotes and meeting actions. I use tools like Make, your systems' own APIs, and AI models where reading or writing is involved. You own what I build.
How does billing work?
Pro rata on the hours I actually work, against the day rate for an eight-hour day. Invoiced fortnightly in arrears on fourteen-day payment terms, with an hours breakdown on every invoice. Automation builds are billed the same way.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Either side may end the arrangement with fourteen days’ written notice. No minimum term, no minimum hours.
Who owns what you produce?
You do, from the day it is made: reports, templates, automations, code and working documents.
