Program delivery
Senior program leadership for work that can't slip. Governance that means something, replans that hold, SteerCos that actually decide.

Beyond the tools
Need more than a tool? Three deal shapes. No day rates.
Fixed price per output
You buy a defined output. The price is on the table first.
- Defined output agreed in writing before work starts
- Price fixed up front, no overruns billed
- From $95 for the tools to fixed-fee builds and briefs
Base plus value share
A modest base keeps me in the room. The real fee is a slice of what lands.
- Modest monthly base, far below a day-rate equivalent
- Agreed percentage of measured value against a co-signed baseline
- Exact numbers set per deal, told to you before you commit
Equity for startups
Reduced cash for a stake. I build like a co-founder because the upside says I am one.
- Reduced or zero cash fee against an equity stake
- Stake sized per deal, agreed before the first commit
- Limited slots, currently by application through the fit check

Shipped · A productized service
I don’t just advise — I ship.
LeadDock is a lead-capture service I built, priced, and sell to local trades: every enquiry lands the second it comes in, with an instant alert and an auto-reply so jobs never go cold. A working demo, real pricing, the whole thing — a small proof of how I turn a problem into a product.

Free checklist
Ten red flags in an AI vendor pitch.
Two pages. Each flag has the question that cuts through it. No follow-up sequence.
Straight answers
No spin, no sales deck.
What you need to know before we speak. Anything else, ask me directly below.
How do I start?
Send the brief through the contact form or run the two-minute fit check. I reply inside two business days — me, not a team — and if the work has a definable output you get a fixed price and a date inside 48 hours.
How do you price?
Three shapes: fixed price per defined output, a modest base plus a share of measured value, or equity for startups I believe in. Never a day rate, because a day rate pays me for time whether or not anything lands.
Do you work with startups or established businesses?
Both. Corporates get program structure and governance; founders get hands-on builds. What stays the same is that the person on the call is the person on the brief, the code, and the room — there is no team it gets handed to.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The self-service tools deliver in minutes. A quoted brief lands inside 48 hours. AI builds put working software in users' hands inside two to four weeks. Programs and integrations are scoped per engagement, with the timeline in writing before anything starts.
Do I own everything at the end?
Yes. Reports, code, repositories, and working documents are yours from day one. No vendor lock-in, no retainer tail, no licence surprises.
What if you're not the right fit?
I say so, and I tell you what I would do in your shoes instead. The fit check is honest in both directions — low scores get pointed at the free tools, not upsold.
